PL-Grid project at the 7th Conference on Computer Methods and Systems
The 7th Conference on Computer Methods and Systems was held on 26-27.11.2009, in Krakow, Poland. The conference included three workshops: 1) Workshop on Mathematical Modelling, Control and Optimization, 2) Workshop on Knowledge Engineering and Intelligent Systems, 3) Workshop on Scientific and Engineering Computing. The event was an opportunity to get familiar with the PL-Grid project's offer.
CGW'09!
The ninth Cracow Grid Workshop was held on 12-14.10.2009, in Krakow. Its program included: invited lectures and presentations of the European and national grid projects' participants. CGW'09 was also an opportunity to get familiar with the PL-Grid project's offer.

The PL-Grid project was present at the EGEE'09 exhibition in Barcelona, from 21 to 24 September 2009. All interested people, who participated in the EGEE’09 event, could visit our booth no7 where they had an opportunity to get some information on advanced services which were developed within the PL-Grid project.
Signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with EGI
On 25th June 2009, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with EGI was signed by the PL-Grid project, represented by ACC Cyfronet AGH - the Project coordinator.
Signing the contract on co-financing the PL-Grid project
On 1st June 2009 the contract on co-financing the PL-Grid project was signed between the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education and ACC Cyfronet AGH.
